If you are relatively new to the world of fitness and/or CrossFit, have no fear! We go through the fundamentals, progression and modifications of every movement in EVERY class.
Constantly varied? Yes. Random? Not a chance. Our workouts always consist of functional movements that are performed at a high intensity. Over the course of the week we will cover all of the bases. Between lifting heavy, moving fast, or just getting better at bodyweight movements - we have you covered. Every class includes a warmup, mobility work, instruction in breaking down the movement, and ways to scale/modify so that even my grandmother could do it - all before the 3-2-1 go.
If you are looking for one-on-one coaching in lieu of or to supplement class training, Personal Training is available by appointment.

Single Drop-in $20 or 1 Week drop-in $50
